In this event, we are unable to refund payments or resend confiscated products unless the order was covered by a guaranteed shipping method or insurance. Autoflower cannot and will not be held responsible for persons choosing to act in conflict with their local laws and we absolutely do not encourage any individual to do so.

If your seeds didn’t germinate… We do our best to offer you quality seeds, but as a natural part of the process, it is possible that you find at least one seed to be unviable. Please, make sure to follow our grow guide before you contact our support team to discuss a possible replacement. In that case, you will be asked to return the non-germinated seeds. If something is wrong with your plant… We can’t reship seeds for those cases as there are a lot of factors involved. If you received your order and after that, you changed of mind… We are sorry to tell you that there is no chance to return the order. Please, make sure you are placing your order correctly.

We offer a guarantee on all our seeds of 90 days after the delivery date. You can only claim on the guarantee once, therefore if you don’t germinate all of your seeds at the same time, you can only claim once and the guarantee will not apply to seeds germinated in the future or past.
